  • What is your return policy?
    I'm a small business (run by me, myself, and I) and I want you to love your purchase! Please contact me and I will do my best to make things right for you!
  • I have a question about my order - how do I reach someone?
    Aloha! I'd be more than happy to help you. Please email me and include your best contact number and I'll call you (big time difference for a lot of places, so it's easiest for me to figure out the time to call!).
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship everywhere in the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. If you live internationally, please contact me.
  • Can I send a card directly to someone else?
    Yes! Now you can enter the sentiment (and whatever else you want to say) when you choose the card you want to send. At checkout, just enter their name and address as the "Delivery Details" (Send To) and we will fill out the card and mail it to them for you! If you want to send multiple cards to different people, you have to enter separate orders for each Send To address. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
  • If I live on Maui, can I meet you to pickup the items?
    Yes! When you checkout, choose the "local pickup" option for delivery. I will arrange to meet you within 24 hours of your order.
  • Do you have your products in any shops?
    Yes, we currently have our cards, stickers and key chain at Maluhia Collective in Wailuku, HI (locally on Maui). By the food trucks: 1960 Main St, Wailuku, HI 96793. Check their instagram for hours.
  • If something is "out of stock," how long does it take to be back in stock?
    Typically, it can take anywhere from 10-25 days to be back in stock. Thank you for your patience!
  • Do you have promo or coupon codes?
    Yes - sometimes I have sales and offer discount codes. I do this exclusively in my emails (sign up on the home page) and on our Instagram page (@snarkybirdsart)... please follow us if you can!
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes! Please contact me for my wholesale price sheet. Thank you for your interest!
  • Do you sell your originals?
    Yes, I do sell my original artwork. Please contact me if you would like to purchase one of my originals! Keep in mind, you do not retain the rights to that artwork once purchased, as I use the artwork to resell prints, cards and stickers. If you want an original that you retain the rights to, please email me to discuss commissioning for an original.
  • Can I hire you to paint a commission piece?
    Yes! If you want a specific snarky bird original painting, please contact me and we can chat about what you are looking for!
  • Do you only paint birds, or do you paint other animals, too?
    I love to paint birds. Other animals?... not so much, sorry!
  • Do you collect tax on items purchased?
    Yes, if you live in Hawaii you will be taxed. My business is located in Hawaii and I must collect the mandated GET tax set by the state. Mahalo!
